What makes our farm and creamery unique is that we have full control over the production of our dairy, beef, and poultry products from the birth of our animals until our natural, farm fresh products are sold to you. We also only carry the highest quality of dry-good products from trusted sources such as Bob's Red Mill, New Hope Mills, Mrs. Miller's, and Martin's. Our milk is all-natural and healthy for you and your family. Our cows are not given the rBST hormone injection and are grass fed. Milk from grass fed cows is healthier because it contains more cancer fighting agents than milk from cows that are not allowed to graze. We offer several options including cream line milk and raw milk and also offer delicious specialty milk in various flavors. These products maintain the same quality as our traditional milk but with added flavor for something out of the ordinary.
Our milk products are available in returnable glass bottles or plastic containers. Many of our customers purchase their milk in glass bottles because they prefer a fresher taste and because it is environmentally friendly. However, as a convenience we also offer our milk in plastic containers. (Pints are only available in plastic containers.)
ICE CREAM & OTHER CREAM PRODUCTS
Our delicious ice cream is all made on premises with our very own milk and cream. This means you are receiving one of the very few ice creams made with milk and cream that has no artificial hormones in it. We also offer other high quality products made with our cream.
BEEF
 Apple Valley Creamery raises corn-fed steers that do not receive any growth promoting hormones. We have a full range of cuts available in our store and also listed at our online store for home delivery.BROWN EGGS
 At Apple Valley Creamery, we raise cage-free chickens on an all-natural diet. We hand gather and sort our brown eggs each day for maximum freshness. Apple Valley Creamery eggs are full of essential vitamins, minerals, and proteins.Due to a large increase in demand for our eggs we have started buying cage-free chicken eggs from other family farms in Adams county that have the same quality standards. SEASONAL & SPECIALTY ITEMS
Apple Valley Creamery carries a wide selection of seasonal and specialty items from trusted sources such as Mrs. Miller's, Martin's, and other local suppliers. We offer fresh baked goods including pies, muffins, cookies, artisan breads, and Martin's potato breads. We also offer fudge, nuts, baking mixes, pure maple syrup, specialty butters, jams, and honey. Seasonally, we also offer products such as cider from a local press.

Bob’s Red Mill is the nation’s leader in stone milling and offers the widest diversity of whole grains found anywhere. They are dedicated to producing natural foods in the natural way. Apple Valley Creamery is proud to offer many of their products, including a variety of gluten free and certified organic products.
HOMEMADE NOODLES
MRS. MILLER'S - Today Mrs. Miller's pasta is still created with Grandma's recipe - using the old fashioned methods of kneading, rolling, cutting and drying. Only the finest ingredients are used to make Old Fashioned Egg Noodles, No-Yolk Pasta and Vegetable Pastas. No salt, preservatives or artificial flavors are used in this fine pasta.
LITTLE BARN - Delicious Pennsylvania Dutch country homemade noodles made with superior grade flour and plenty of eggs that create a home-made taste.
MARTIN'S BREAD
Back in the 1950's, in the kitchen of their home located in the heart of "Pennsylvania Dutch" country, Lois and Lloyd Martin perfected their potato roll. Using a recipe that had been handed down in their family for longer than anyone could remember, and guided by Lloyd's twelve years of experience working in his father-in-law's bakery, the Martins created an instant favorite in American homes - the sweet, buttery taste, soft texture, and distinctive golden color of the Martin's Potato Roll.

KUTZTOWN BOTTLING WORKS SODA - Kutztown soft drinks are made from the original premium recipes invented at the turn of the century. All of their sodas are made with the finest ingredients obtainable. That means pure cane sugar for the best possible taste and as always, their sodas contain no caffiene.
